Compliance for your fashion supply chain, in one platform.

ESPR digital passport, French environmental cost, green claims and PPWR packaging, from one dataset.

GuideWho is responsible for the passport
Data processed in the European Union

EU hosting, encryption in transit and at rest.

No account for suppliers

No password, no software to install: one email and one screen.

One dataset

Passport, French environmental cost, green claims and PPWR packaging from the same answers.

The languages of your markets

You declare your markets; the passport's languages follow from them.

01Digital Product Passport
From the supply chain to the label

One dataset for the whole chain. The passport is what you print from it.

Publishing a passport is the easy part; the QR code is only the shop window. The hard part comes earlier, where the data is created: in your suppliers, your subcontractors and the chain behind them.

Supply-chain map
01 · Collection from suppliers

Collect from your suppliers without adding work

Chasing suppliers by email and retyping their PDFs takes weeks for every collection. With Tramaproof each supplier answers on its own page, with nothing to install and no work for your IT team. The reminders go out on their own.

Collection from suppliers
Reading a delivery note
PDF, photos, Excel

The supplier sends the document as it is. Every value read waits for a person to confirm it.

02 · Document reading

The engine reads, a person confirms

Suppliers send the delivery notes, certificates and test reports they already have: PDF, XLSX, images, CSV. Tramaproof's engine reads them field by field, with a confidence score per document, and a person confirms each value.

03 · Publication

One code on the label. One address, for as long as the garment exists.

Composition, origin, certifications and care instructions reach the customer through the code printed on the product. It is printed once and keeps resolving to the current version; a correction never costs you a label reprint.

What a passport shows
02Compliance
Regulatory modules

The regulations of fashion, and the part of Tramaproof that answers each one.

European and national rules now decide which data a fashion brand must hold on its products and its supply chain. For each one: what it asks, from when, and which Tramaproof module collects the data it needs.

France: environmental cost

Ecobalyse

From the same data Tramaproof calculates the environmental cost with the Ecobalyse method and prepares the file the French portal requires and the product sheet French law requires. After the deposit, the public passport of a garment sold in France shows it in impact points.

French environmental cost

Green claims

Environmental claims

A generic claim such as “eco-friendly” requires proof. For a statement such as a fibre content or a certification, Tramaproof prepares a dossier with the documents that support it, who confirmed each one and when.

Green claims

Packaging: PPWR

Packaging regulation

If the packaging is made to your design and carries your name, the manufacturer is your brand. Tramaproof prepares the PPWR declaration from the same data your suppliers have already given.

Packaging (PPWR)

EUDR and leather

Deforestation

Bovine hides and leather left the deforestation regulation on 18 September 2026; their inclusion will be reconsidered in the 2030 review. In the supply-chain map the origin of each material stays tied to the document that declares it.

The regulations we follow

What each law asks, and from when

01ESPR and the digital passportIn force since 18.07.2024

The ecodesign regulation that creates the Digital Product Passport. The textile delegated act, which will set the fields for apparel, is expected in 2027.

02French environmental costIn force since 01.10.2025

A single figure in impact points, computed with the State's Ecobalyse method. From 1 October 2026 it must accompany any environmental score on a garment sold in France.

03Italian eco-score (SNET)A bill in committee

Bill S. 1690 would create an A to E textile eco-score and count the passport among its requirements. It defines no method, so no class can be computed today.

04PPWR, packagingApplies since 12.08.2026

Each piece of packaging needs an EU declaration of conformity from its manufacturer. If the packaging is made to your design and carries your name, the manufacturer is your brand.

05Green claimsApplies since 27.09.2026

A sustainability label now needs a certification scheme or a public authority behind it, and a generic claim such as «eco-friendly» needs proof. The Green Claims Directive itself is blocked, not withdrawn.

06EUDR and leatherLeather out since 18.09.2026

Bovine hides and leather left the deforestation regulation on 18 September 2026 and need no due-diligence statement under it. Their inclusion will be reconsidered in the 2030 review.

07CSRD and CSDDDAmended on 24.02.2026

After Omnibus I, sustainability reporting (CSRD) applies above €450 million and 1,000 employees, and due diligence (CSDDD) from 2029 above 5,000 employees and €1.5 billion.

Your suppliers answer once, their documents are read once, and the same data serves the passport, the French environmental cost, green claims and the packaging rules. Nothing is asked for twice.

Why Tramaproof

Why Tramaproof, and not spreadsheets or a consulting project.

When the data has to come from other companies, four things make the difference between a file you rebuild every season and a system that keeps working.

One collection

Collected once, used for every obligation

The same supplier answers and documents feed the passport, the French environmental cost and the PPWR packaging declaration. Your suppliers are not asked twice, and your team does not rebuild the file for each rule.

Reading engine

Documents read, not retyped

Suppliers send the delivery notes, certificates and test reports they already have. Tramaproof's engine reads them field by field and a person confirms each value, so the collection runs as software, without re-typing and without a consulting project behind it.

Deep chain

Beyond tier 1, without exposing anyone

Each supplier answers without an account or software, in its own language, and names its own suppliers, so the chain continues beyond it. Each company sees only its own data, so partners can answer without revealing their sources to anyone else.

Proof

Figures you can defend, at an address that lasts

Every value keeps its document and its date, and every figure shows what is measured and what is estimated. Each published version carries a timestamp from a third party, and the passport stays at a permanent address, which can be on your own domain, even if you leave Tramaproof.

Questions

What is worth knowing before a call.

The questions we are asked

No. Subcontractors, cut-make-trim workshops and finishers receive an email and open a single screen. They answer one question at a time, in their own language, and upload the documents they already keep on file. No account, no password, no software to install.

A person. Tramaproof's engine reads delivery notes, certificates and test reports field by field, with a confidence score per document; each value enters the passport only after a confirmation, and keeps its document and its date.

No. The code is printed once and always points to the current version of the passport, at a permanent address built on the GS1 Digital Link standard. If you correct a value, the label stays the same.

No. In Tramaproof each company sees only its own data: a supplier's suppliers are visible only to the customer they were declared to, and only for what that customer bought. A supplier can answer without exposing its sources.

The textile delegated act, expected in 2027, will define which data become mandatory for clothing; the first textile products fall under the obligation around 2028–2029. Mapping a supply chain takes months: whoever starts today arrives ready for the deadline.
